The Restoration Circle – A Space to Exhale and Refocus

This is a weekly Zoom call where you are invited to exhale and breathe again, release the tension that you didn’t realize you were holding, and reconnect with yourself and refocus your life.

It’s informal – it’s interactive – it’s FREE!

Come as often – or as little – as feels right for you or your schedule.

Every Tuesday evening:  7 pm PST/8 pm MST for 60 minutes.

This is a safe, grounded space where we come together to explore and practice a way of living that:

  • supports physical resilience through a more regulated nervous system
  • cultivates emotional stability and clearer, more aligned decision-making
  • restores coherence within the body’s energy systems so you can feel more grounded in everyday life

  • listening to the body as a messenger, rather than seeing it as a problem
  • moving from reactivity into a more calm, observant state
  • energy hygiene practices and why they matter right now
  • learning to lead with the heart, supported by the mind and guided by the body
