Lou Kurjata is dedicated to helping women break free from anxiety, overwhelm and unresolved health challenges so they can live with energy, confidence, and joy. As the founder of  Create Dynamic Health, she specializes in guiding busy women through the process of identifying and addressing the root causes of digestive issues, skin concerns, nerve pain, and overall imbalances.

With over 27 years of experience as a registered massage therapist and intuitive health guide, Lou has helped hundreds of women transform their well-being. Her approach goes beyond symptom management—she empowers her clients to reconnect with their own innate healing abilities so they can take charge of their health with clarity and confidence.

Lou’s work is rooted in compassion, connection, and a deep belief in the body’s ability to heal. She teaches non-invasive techniques, including energy testing, to help clients restore balance and vitality. Whether through one-on-one consultations or personalized guidance, she is committed to making the journey to better health simple, effective, and empowering.
