A session generally lasts 30 minutes though it can be longer or shorter depending on how many imbalances are corrected during the session.
That will depend on how complex your issues are. Generally, no less than 3 sessions are recommended in order to allow for adjustments and refinements needed to get the results you are looking for.
The results will depend on your willingness to allow change to happen and your willingness to make the physical corrections that come up in your session. The more you understand that you are healing yourself with a little guidance in these sessions, the better results you will experience. Quickstart Create Dynamic Health Q&A
You can expect to have a deeper understanding of why you still have whatever unresolved health issues you are experiencing and what to do about it.
You will learn about the root cause/s of whatever is causing your unresolved chronic health issue. You will learn how to adjust your nutritional requirements without having to follow any particular diet. You will learn how to uncover and correct any emotional imbalances. You will learn how to keep your subtle energies flowing. You will learn how to keep yourself moving in a way that suits you. You will learn how to be in balance in a way you never knew before.
Health is dynamic – an ever moving target. The more balance you can maintain, the healthier you feel. This session is designed to set you up as YOU being the healer of these issues. Your issues will resolve themselves as you begin to master all the components delivered to you during the session. By the end of the session, you will have many tools that you can draw on and continue to use for years to come. In other words, the more you take responsibility for your health and take steps to improve it, the better the results.
Hands on Sessions
A session lasts for 60 minutes on the table.
Only if you want a little massage added into your session. Otherwise, you can remain clothed as the NST, CST and CoAT can be applied through your clothing. I would recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing for your session.
NST is set up over 3 sessions for optimal results. The initial session is followed in about a week by a 2nd session, if necessary, with a 3rd session added, if necessary, 2 weeks after the 2nd session. The CST, CoAT and massage, if requested, are always included within every session as is any Body/Emotion Code requests.
You can expect to feel more relaxed, have less pain or no pain, feel taller and much better post session. Expect to have a few days of adjustment as the NST takes a few days to completely travel through your nervous system. Drinking plenty of water post session and taking it easy for the next few days will optimize your session. If further sessions are needed, this will be discussed with you. Home-care exercises and movement segments will be given as needed.
